At She-Shirts Customs and More, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom hand made products that are tailored to each customer’s unique vision. Due to the nature of our custom work, we have the following refund and cancellation policies in place:
Returns & Refunds
- Custom Orders: All sales on custom items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalized products unless there is an error on our part.
- Non-Custom Items: If you purchased a non-custom item and need a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Please double-check all names, phrases, and shipping addresses before completing your order. We will not issue refunds or replacements for misspellings, incorrect custom text, or wrong shipping addresses provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure all information is accurate at checkout.
Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our facility. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Holiday & Weather-Related Delays: During peak holiday seasons and in cases of adverse weather conditions, shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. Please place your orders early to avoid disappointment. We are unable to provide refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers during these periods.
